Job Summary
The Office Associate will support the smooth operation of the company’s office and administrative activities while working in a flexible hybrid model. The role includes office coordination, administrative support, customer communication, and executive assistance to the Managing Director. This position is ideal for a well-organized professional who can work independently and efficiently across on-site and remote settings.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Operations
Coordinate part-time on-site office operations (supplies, vendors, basic office needs)
Manage emails, calls, and administrative correspondence
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and shared calendars
IT Office Coordination
Assist with tracking office IT assets and access (laptops, emails, tools)
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when needed
Support onboarding and offboarding tasks (documents, access requests, logistics)
Customer & External Communication
Act as a professional point of contact for customers, partners, and visitors
Follow up on client communications, meetings, and documentation
Route inquiries to the relevant internal teams
Executive Assistance
Provide part-time administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director
Prepare basic reports, summaries, presentations, and email drafts
Assist in organizing meetings, travel coordination, and schedules
Working Model
Hybrid: Combination of remote work and on-site presence
On-site days mainly in Cairo or New Administrative Capital (as required)
Flexible working hours aligned with business needs
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in office administration, operations, or executive assistance
Experience working in a professional services or IT environment is preferred
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong organization and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Basic understanding of IT office operations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
