Job Summary

The Office Associate will support the smooth operation of the company’s office and administrative activities while working in a flexible hybrid model. The role includes office coordination, administrative support, customer communication, and executive assistance to the Managing Director. This position is ideal for a well-organized professional who can work independently and efficiently across on-site and remote settings.


Key Responsibilities


Office & Administrative Operations

  • Coordinate part-time on-site office operations (supplies, vendors, basic office needs)

  • Manage emails, calls, and administrative correspondence

  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and shared calendars

IT Office Coordination

  • Assist with tracking office IT assets and access (laptops, emails, tools)

  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when needed

  • Support onboarding and offboarding tasks (documents, access requests, logistics)

Customer & External Communication

  • Act as a professional point of contact for customers, partners, and visitors

  • Follow up on client communications, meetings, and documentation

  • Route inquiries to the relevant internal teams

Executive Assistance

  • Provide part-time administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director

  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, presentations, and email drafts

  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel coordination, and schedules

Working Model

  • Hybrid: Combination of remote work and on-site presence

  • On-site days mainly in Cairo or New Administrative Capital (as required)

  • Flexible working hours aligned with business needs

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration, operations, or executive assistance

  • Experience working in a professional services or IT environment is preferred

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organization and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Basic understanding of IT office operations

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
